The 80-80 Rule

To maintain a good balance within, please watch what you eat. Too much junk food or unhealthy food puts a drain on the body. Fruits and vegetables are strongly encouraged. If the boy is having to use a great deal of energy to digest food, it leaves less energy to flow elsewhere. It has been said that if you eat 80% healthy 80% of the time, you are doing alright.
