When To Meditate?

The time of day that you meditate may depend on your chi level. Some people who are energetic in the morning like to meditate right after they wake. This way, the mind is fresh, relaxed, and able to focus. Others prefer to meditate before bedtime. This helps them to relax and puts them in a state conducive to sleep. The time you meditate does not really matter. What matters is that you find the time to meditate each day. I usually meditate in the afternoon and again in the early evening. But there are times when I could be found meditating in the morning or late at night in the wee hours of the morning. Sometimes it is good to meditate at a different time than normal just to keep things fresh.
