How Much?

How much Tai Chi should you practice per day? As with meditation or your practice itself, you will get out of it what you put into it. If you do not do it often or long enough, you will have trouble remembering the forms and have to spend time reviewing instead of progressing. Always strive for at least ten minutes per day. If you cannot do ten, do five. Practice some of the stances for a minute each.
