The Real World

Go out and work in the fields and get your hands into the soil. Work with the rise of the sun and linger until it gives way to the moon. Walk among the trees of the forest. Listen to the river splashing over the rocks. Gaze at the dark sky on a starry night and see beyond the stars. Let the rain fall upon you and be in no hurry to get out of it, ponder the snow gathering at your feet. Do this and then you will understand the Tao.
