Resoluteness

Water finds its own level. It finds its way into the smallest crack. It wears down the mightiest stone. It has a quiet resoluteness about it. No matter how many times you push it away, it returns. It flows around obstacles on its journey without complaint. The sage does his work in quiet, not seeking praise or fame or fortune. With no agenda, he gets things done with a natural easy way just like water. He does what he needs to do and then stops. This is the natural way of the Tao.
