Possession

We do not possess things so that they may not in turn possess us. You cannot put a sunset into your pocket. How can we hope to control another in a relationship when we have difficulty controlling ourselves? When we expect, we are likely to be surprised. Expecting is a sure way to find disappointment. When we try to force things, we often find our force repelled or deflected. From this we can learn. Be the cloud that gently passes and changes shape frequently. Navigate the sky smoothly and serenely. Drift with grace and softly disappear.
