Jaded

It is easy as we age to find ourselves becoming jaded. What was once exciting no longer stirs the spirit. What is new we have seen before. We are skeptical. We may even become as bitter as the seed within the fruit. We need to peel away what prevents us from experiencing the joy of the moment. Does a sunrise really ever become dull? Does the moon ever tire of crossing the sky? Reconnect to the Dao and you reconnect to the beauty of all. If we look deep into nature, we will have a better understanding of everything.
