Know Your Limitations



 
Eat according to the limits of your provisions; walk according to the length of your step. Test your limitations but do not try to live outside of them. Stay centered and in balance. Life is a slippery slope and one false step can cause great harm. Often when we feel solid, that is when the ground falls from under our feet. Be prepared for anything. Always have a backup plan.
