Calming The Mind

The mind is fed with silent thought. It is important to have quiet, let the mind rest at peace. Make time during the day to sit quietly, whether it is at home after waking up, or finding a quiet place during lunch time to calm the mind, or in the evening at home. An agitated mind can know no peace. Let meditation be the gentle breeze that calms the stormy sea.
