A Founding Principle

A founding principle of Daoism is something called wu-wei. It can best be described as doing without doing or acting without action. We are often guilty of doing too much, when doing little or nothing would accomplish our goal much faster and without much effort. Trying too hard only hinders our chi flow and causes disruption and discord. Learn to go slower and you will find yourself going much faster. Always have a sense of where you are.
