A Good Flow

The key to having great balance and health is to maintain a good flow of chi. Chi circulates throughout our entire body internally and shapes our external self as well. How many times have you seen someone happy and their positive vibrations just exude out to everyone? Conversely, how many times have you been around someone with negative chi who subconsciously just brings everyone down? Some believe chi travels through ‘meridians’ within the body. Some believe it to be channeled through the thoughts of the mind and healthiness of the body. No matter what your theory is, it cannot be argued successfully that chi is simply a product of the imagination.
