Kinds



There are many different kinds of meditation that one can practice; sitting, lying, walking as well as focusing on the breath, something else, or not focusing on anything at all. Do not worry about ‘rules’ or the beliefs of ‘experts’. Just pick a method that works for you. Meditation is not a one size fits all proposition. Meditating regularly will keep you cleansed, increase your energy, and keep you balanced and in harmony. Try to meditate daily for best results.
