The Wrong Way



Even something designed to be a calming and harmony inducing activity such as mediation can be tainted by the evils of corporate greed and micro-managers. Sometimes companies will offer meditation to employees under the guise of ‘helping’ the employees achieve peace when the ulterior motive is to get employees relaxed enough to be more productive on the job. In my view, this is a wrong use of a great practice.
