Is there any
place for common sense and reason in the world of mysticism? Would you say that
mysticism is only for kooks who ignore the realities of life or the beliefs of so-called
‘normal’ religion? Is there a place for those who consult the stars or the
horoscope? Well, I think we all know of one recent United States President who
regularly consulted with a psychic and he wasn’t considered weird or strange,
at least by most people. If fact, he is highly respected. Perhaps mysticism can
only work for certain ‘mystical’ people who believe in its existence.
