The Cat of Sorrow

We all have pain. We all have sorrow. You cannot prevent the cats of sorrow from crossing your path from time to time, but you can prevent them from sleeping in your hair. Sorrow can be like the wandering cat who you gave a bowl of milk to. It keeps coming back and coming back for more milk. No milk, no cat to be seen. Take away the milk and you take away the cat. This most likely will lead to more propitious events occurring. Some people seem to invite sorrow by their actions just like the person who gives milk to the cat invites the cat to return. Yet, they fail to see that they are the ones who are inviting the cat of sorrow to visit.
