Contemplation



Your goal should be to become contemplative and think about what goes on in your life…not somewhere in a cave in the Himalayas, but in the middle of your everyday life… somewhere in your living room, your kitchen, outside in the garden, wherever...what good is wisdom if it is hidden away in the confines of a dark and dank mountainside?... what good does it do if you only contemplate 30 minutes a day during meditation?...you can contemplate the oceans, the moon, the sun, the stars, the universe, all and that surrounds you in the natural world…or contemplate what your next supper should be…contemplate your place, your mind, your existence…
