Breathe In The Positive


'Country Colors'


Here is a mental exercise that may help you...take a few moments to envision breathing in the positive and breathing out the negative...with each in breath, you are inhaling the positive elements that are surrounding you...and with each exhalation you are letting the negatives inside of you go...the frustrations, the anger, the resentments...all those things that you are carrying around and that are weighing you down...just let them go...keep this up for as long as you like until you feel the weight disappear and you feel light as a feather...and relaxed and at ease.
